By using the services offered by iFixOn, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before booking any repair.
iFixOn provides professional, on-site (doorstep) mobile repair services across select cities. Certified technicians are dispatched to customer locations for diagnosis and repair of supported devices.
Bookings can be made through our website, app, or customer care number.
Accurate information must be provided regarding device model and issue.
Confirmation is subject to technician availability and will be communicated via SMS/email/phone.
Repairs are carried out after diagnosis and customer approval of the estimated cost.
In some cases (e.g., water damage), additional time may be required for full diagnostics.
iFixOn may refuse service if the device is beyond repair or shows signs of prior tampering.
All charges will be shared transparently before the repair begins.
Payments are accepted post-repair via UPI, card, cash, or online link.
iFixOn may charge a nominal visit fee (disclosed during booking) if no repair is undertaken.
Most repairs are covered under a limited warranty of up to 6 months, depending on the part and service.
Warranty is void in the following cases:
Physical or liquid damage post-repair
Unauthorized repair attempts by third parties
Issues unrelated to the original repair
Appointments can be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a ₹100 visit charge.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before the repair.
iFixOn does not access, store, or share any personal data.
We are not liable for data loss during the repair process.
iFixOn is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Delay in repair
Availability of parts
Pre-existing conditions of the device
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
In rare cases, your device may need to be collected for off-site repair.
A pickup receipt and tracking reference will be provided.
Device will be returned within the promised turnaround time.
iFixOn reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon publication.
